This monoclonal antibody enables specific detection of monkey TNF-α in immunoassays such as ELISpot, FluoroSpot, ELISA, flow cytometry, and Western blot.

MT15B15 is recommended as detection mAb in ELISpot, FluoroSpot, and ELISA in combination with capture mAb MT21A8 (product code 3512M-3). The antibody is also suitable for Western blot and Flow cytometry.

Detection of TNF-α by Western blot. Recombinant TNF-α from different non-human primates (NHP) were produced in EXPI cells. Supernatants were collected and separated on SDS-PAGE. NHP TNF-α were detected by 1 ug/ml MT15B15-biotin followed by SA-HRP and TMB substrate.
