Terms & Conditions

Mabtech Wallet funds are non-refundable and non-returnable. They may be redeemed only for products and services offered by Mabtech AB. Wallet funds have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or converted to cash under any circumstance.

A minimum purchase amount of 1,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) is required to (i) create a new Mabtech Wallet and (ii) add additional funds to an existing Wallet.

Funds in a Mabtech Wallet cannot be combined with other payment methods (such as credit cards or purchase orders) for the same transaction, nor can they be transferred, aggregated, or used to settle any other obligations to Mabtech or its affiliates.

Mabtech Wallet funds must not be used in violation of, or to circumvent, any restrictions associated with government-funded or third-party grants.

Wallet balances do not expire as long as the account remains active. However, if no activity occurs within five (5) consecutive years, the remaining balance will lapse.
