Intended use
This monoclonal antibody is recommended as mouse IgG1 isotype control in flow cytometry. It has been used as isotype control with cells from different species.
Serum/Plasma samples
Recommendation
5 µl is recommended for staining of 1 million cells in a total volume of 50 µl. PF647P is excited by the red laser (633 nm). The excitation max is 654 nm and the emission max is 672 nm.

Profile of guinea pig spleen cells stained with mouse IgG1 isotype control antibody MT128 (dashed line) and anti-guinea pig IFN-g antibody (solid line). Cells were fixed and permeabilized prior to staining. The histogram derives from gated events of typical lymphocyte characteristics in forward and side light scatter. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSVerse system.
