Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) flow cytometry
Detection of Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) by flow cytometry in bovine peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Bovine PBMC were stimulated with PMA/ionomycin for 16 hours in the presence of Brefeldin A. Fixed and permeabilized cells were stained with anti-bovine IFN-γ mAb MT307-FITC (right panel). Matched isotype control antibody (left panel).
