	I'm expecting low antigen load from my targets (cancer cell lines), what effector (T cells, good potency TCR) : Target ratio (cell number) and incubation time (24h-48h) do you recommend?



	(1:1, 24h didn't work)

	People tend to use different ratio and it is best to set up a validation experiment where you titrate it out:



	1:1 
	1:2



	1:3



	1:4



	1:5



	1:10



	Also evaluate different cellnumbers. It might be needed to reach a certain cell-density before the killing can begin.
