Description
The PepPool: DENV (CD8), human contains 109 defined synthetic peptides derived from the Dengue virus. Antigens represented in the peptide pool are the capsid protein (C), envelope protein (E), and the non structural (NS) proteins NS1, NS2a, NS2b, NS3, NS4a, NS4b, and NS5. The peptide pool has been designed to have a good coverage of Dengue virus serotypes 1, 2, 3, and 4, and with good population coverage of all major HLA class I supertypes. The mean purity of the synthetic peptides is 88%.
