Storage	Store detection mAb, Streptavidin-HRP, buffers/solutions, and substrate at 4-8 °C upon receipt. The ELISA standard should be stored at -20 °C. Plates may be kept at room temperature.
Shelf life	At least 12 months from date of receipt.

Standard range	3.16-1000 pg/ml
Sensitivity	1 pg/ml The lowest concentration that can be detected, but not necessarily quantified with precision and accuracy. This was determined by adding 3 standard deviations to the mean OD of background wells.

IL-5

Analyte description	Interleukin 5 (IL-5) is a pleiotropic cytokine primarily produced by T and NK cells. IL-5 specifically controls the survival, differentiation, and chemotaxis of eosinophils. But initially, IL-5 was characterized by its ability to support the growth and terminal differentiation of B cells.
