Detection of IFN-γ by flow cytometry in viable porcine PBMC. Stimulated, fixed and permeabilized cells were stained with anti-porcine CD3-PE and anti-porcine IFN-γ mAb P2C11-FITC (right panel). Matched isotype control antibody (left panel). Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSVerse system.
