apoH
| Analyte description | Apolipoprotein H (apoH) is associated to VLDL, HDL, and chylomicrons in plasma and binds to anionic lipids e.g., phospholipids. ApoH is the dominant target of autoantibodies in anti-phospholipid syndrome (APS). In the blood coagulation pathway, apoH is involved both as an anti-coagulant and as a procoagulant. The normal concentration of apoH in human plasma is approximately 0.05-0.6 g/L. |
