Intended use
This monoclonal antibody enables specific detection of cotton rat IFN-γ-producing cells in flow cytometry.
Serum/Plasma samples
Recommendation
5 µl is recommended for staining of 1 million cells in a total volume of 50 µl. PF647 is excited by the red laser (633 nm). The excitation max is 654 nm and the emission max is 672 nm.

Detection of IFN-ү by flow cytometry in viable cotton rat spleen cells. Stimulated, fixed and permeabilized cells were stained with anti-cotton rat mAb MT417-PF647P (solid line). Matched isotype control antibody (dashed line). Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSVerse system.
