New Interleukin-23 system launched
We are pleased to announce the launch of human IL-23 ELISA and ELISpot kits and reagents.
IL-23 is a disulfide-linked heterodimer which consists of the unique p19 subunit linked to the p40 subunit of IL-12.
IL-23 is a proinflammatory cytokine. Upon infection with certain pathogens, IL-23 is produced by macrophages and dendritic cells. The IL-23 receptor is expressed on Th17 cells and IL-23 is responsible for Th17 expansion and stabilization.
