ELISpotPLUS kit
The ELISpotPLUS kit is an attractive alternative for users who wish to have plates and substrate included, but use their own coating procedures.
The ELISpotPLUS kit is available with either ALP-or HRP-enzyme systems.
The ELISpotPLUS kit can be supplied with precoated plates for selected cytokines.
As the first company we can also offer the ELISpotPLUS kit with precoated PVDF strip-plates.
Kit contents (reagents sufficient for at least 4 plates): - 4 PVDF plates
- Capture mAb
- Biotinylated detection mAb
- Streptavidin-enzyme conjugate (ALP or HRP)
- Substrate (BCIP/NBT or TMB)
- Positive control *
* Anti-CD3 is included as a positive control in the ELISpot PLUS kits for the following cytokines: Human IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-10 and IL-13.
