New ELISAPRO kits
The ELISAPRO kit is a complete kit based on precoated plates and includes all reagents and buffers required for an easy and straight-forward assay.
Careful validations have established these kits as highly sensitive tools for quanti-fication of cytokines in both serum/plasma samples and cell supernatants.
The kits are available in 2 sizes and contain: - 2 or 10 precoated 96-well strip-plates
- Biotinylated detection mAb
- Streptavidin-HRP
- TMB substrate
- ELISA standard (when available, standards have been calibrated against international references from NIBSC or NIAID)
- Buffers, diluents, stop solution, adhesive plate covers
ELISA development kits
Our ELISA development kits consist of a pair of matched monoclonal antibodies, Streptavidin-enzyme conjugate and an ELISA standard.
Enzyme conjugates are based on either alkaline phosphatase (ALP) or horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
The kits contain reagents sufficient for 6 or 20 ELISA plates:
- Capture mAb
- Biotinylated detection mAb
- Streptavidin-ALP or -HRP
- ELISA standard (when available, standards have been calibrated against international references from NIBSC or NIAID)
ELISA diluent
Mabtech provides a ready-to-use reagent particularly recommended for the dilution of serum/plasma samples in ELISA.
This diluent prevents false positive read-outs due to interference of heterophilic antibodies prevalently found in human plasma and serum. The ELISA diluent has been validated using serum/plasma from normal healthy human blood donors. Please note that heterophilic antibody interference in samples from human subjects with various diseases or other conditions has not been assessed.
This product is included in all ELISAPRO kits but can also be purchased separately.
It is offered at a quantity of 2 x 120 ml.
