The ELISpot assay is a valuable method in numerous different settings. Mabtech aims to supply high quality ELISpot reagents for the small frontline research group as well as for the big vaccine trials; accordingly the ELISpot reagents from Mabtech are available in different formats. Our kits have been developed to offer maximum convenience for the researcher. In addition, the same monoclonal antibodies can be obtained as separate reagents as well as matched antibody pairs with equal performance.
The most advanced ELISpot kit from Mabtech is our
ELISpotPRO kit. Beginners in the ELISpot field will find top performance and easy handling with these kits, as will the users looking for short assay time and validated high reproducibility. Other users who would like to optimize their own assays often choose our basic
ELISpotkit.
Mabtech also supplies the
ELISpotPLUSkit, a complete ELISpot kit including plates, positive control and substrate. A description of the different kits is displayed if followed the specific links. In the table below you will find a list of the specific contents of each kit.
New for this year is also that we, as the first company, are able to offer precoated plates in the 96-well strip-plate format (12 strips with 8 wells on each strip). This allows the user to run one plate at multiple time points and is ideal when e.g. having only one or a few samples to test. While initially available for a limited number of cytokines the range of systems and formats with strip-plates will be extended during the year. On request precoated plates for other cytokines than those listed may be obtained.
