ELISpotPRO kits   The ELISpotPRO kit is the most advanced kit developed by Mabtech. The ELISpotPRO kit com-bines top performance with a rapid procedure. Included are plates precoated with capture mAb and a detection mAb conjugated with enzyme.   The plates are ready-to-use, which excludes the need for coating procedures.   The plates are precoated with capture antibody at Mabtech, using an automated procedure that gives high reproducibility. The unique protocol with one-step detection saves further time by decreasing the number of incubation steps. The performance is carefully compared to other ELISpot kits to assure equivalent sensitivity.   In summary, the ELISpotPRO kit is an easy-to-use kit with a performance fully comparable to systems based on biotinylated mAb and Streptavidin-enzyme for detection.   The ELISpotPRO is currently available for detection of IFN-γ and IL-4 in human and monkey.

The kits are available in 2 sizes and contain: 

• 2 or 10 precoated PVDF plates*
• ALP- or HRP**-conjugated detection mAb 
• Substrate (BCIP/NBT or TMB**)
• Positive control (CD3-2 mAb)

*As automated ELISpot readers may have different preferences with regard to PVDF plate type (white or transparent), both plate types are available. We normally recommend transparent plates. Please inquire for further information.

**HRP-conjugated detection antibody is available only with the human and the monkey IFN-γ ELISpot^PROkit. The kit contains TMB as substrate.
