ELISpotPLUS kits
 
The ELISpotPLUSkit is an attractive alter-native for users who wish to have plates and substrate included, but use their own coating procedures.
 
The ELISpotPLUSkit is available with either ALP-or HRP-enzyme systems.
 
The ELISpotPLUSkit can be supplied with precoated plates for selected cytokines.
 
As the first company we can also offer the  ELISpotPLUSkit with precoated PVDF strip-plates for human and monkey IFN-γ.

20 hours including overnight coating
but excluding cell-incubation time.

Kit contents:
  • 4 PVDF plates
  • Capture mAb*
  • Biotinylated detection mAb
  • Streptavidin-enzyme conjugate (ALP or HRP)
  • Substrate (BCIP/NBT or TMB)
  • Positive control (CD3-2 mAb)** 
*   The kit contains matched quantities of coating and detection antibodies sufficient for 4 plates when using the recommended coating concentration of 15µg/ml of capture antibody.
** The mAb CD3-2 is included as a positive control in the ELISpotPLUS kits for the following cytokines: Human IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-10, IL-13 and monkey IFN-γ.
