ELISpot kit
 
This basic kit includes the essential reagents to set up an ELISpot assay. It leaves the choice of plates and substrate to the user.
 
This kit can be supplied in larger sizes on request.
 

Additional material required: 
Plates, buffers and substrate 

Estimated assay time:
20 hours including overnight coating
but excluding cell-incubation time.
 
Kit contents: reagents sufficient for at least 4 plates
  • Capture mAb*
  • Biotinylated detection mAb
  • Streptavidin-enzyme conjugate (ALP or HRP) 
*The kit contains matched quantities of coating and detection antibodies sufficient for 4 plates when using the recommended coating concentration of 15 µg/ml of capture antibody.
